Production Support Office

About the role:

Our client is a leading international company in the Life Sciences sector , currently looking to strengthen its production operations.

They are seeking a Production Support Officer to ensure the availability, compliance, and lifecycle management of consumables, tools, and equipment across manufacturing areas.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

Ensure continuous availability of consumables, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Manage the lifecycle of consumables, including selection, procurement, and stock level definition

Monitor validity periods and implement control processes for equipment and PPE

Coordinate periodic control and validation of production and handling equipment

Define and optimize processes related to calibrated tools and shared equipment

Support or coordinate preventive maintenance activities

Ensure data integrity in asset management systems (e.g., ServiceMax)

Act as a key point of contact for production teams regarding equipment and component needs

Coordinate material and component transfers between production areas

Support CAPEX-related equipment needs when required

Lead process optimization initiatives related to packaging, handling, and logistics flows

Contribute to technical specifications and continuous improvement projects

Your profile:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in an industrial production environment (pharma, aerospace, automotive, or similar)
• Strong experience in equipment, tools, and consumables management
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance and periodic controls
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and asset management systems (e.g., ServiceMax, SAP)
• Solid knowledge of industrial quality and safety standards
• Experience in process optimization (packaging, logistics, handling)
• Master’s degree (Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree possible with strong relevant experience

Languages:

• English and French: professional level (mandatory)
• Dutch: a strong asset
