Functional Analyst – Migration (Automotive)

Our customer in Ghent is looking for a Functional Analyst to support migration initiatives within their automotive environment. The role focuses on analysing existing systems, supporting data and system migration activities, and ensuring continuity of business processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements related to migration scope
• Analyse current systems, data structures, and process flows
• Define functional specifications for migration and transformation activities
• Support data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation processes
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during migration phases
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Identify and track issues related to migration and propose resolutions
• Ensure documentation of migration processes and system changes

Profile

• 5+ Years as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
• Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and legacy system replacement
• Familiarity with testing methodologies related to migration (SIT, UAT)
• Dutch speaking
