Finance & Administration Officer | Brussels | Investment Fund | Reporting to CFO Working closely with the CFO, you will operate at the intersection of finance, investor relations and governance. An ideal next step for a finance professional looking to gain broader exposure in a fast-paced investment environment. They invest in ambitious, change-oriented companies and actively support them on high-impact strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and maximize value creation. Today we are supporting them in the recruitment of a Finance & Administration Officer . You operate at the core of the fund’s financial and investor ecosystem, at the crossroads of operations, governance and value creation. Working closely with the CFO, you contribute to key financial processes, investor interactions and the overall performance of a dynamic, entrepreneurial investment platform. Analytical rigor and financial precision Finance & Accounting Support day-to-day accounting activities across fund entities Compliance & Administration Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration ~ 5-7 years of experience in audit, accounting, controlling or financial analysis ~ High level of rigor and attention to detail - strong in Excel ~ Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus) This is an ideal opportunity for a experienced professional coming from audit, accounting or controlling who wants to: Develop a broad financial skillset beyond pure accounting
