The Opportunity A highly respected player in the luxury sector is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Account Manager to support and develop its distribution network. As Account Manager, you will play a central role in the commercial strategy, acting as a trusted partner to retailers and key stakeholders while driving performance across the network.
Building and nurturing strong, long‑lasting relationships with distribution partners to optimize sales performance and reinforce brand presence.
Monitoring sales results and KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, addressing performance gaps, and strengthening sell‑out dynamics during key commercial periods.
Conducting in‑depth analyses of market trends, competition and overall business performance to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
Ensuring strong administrative and operational execution through accurate CRM management, follow‑up on assortments, stock levels, orders, pricing updates and reporting.
Demonstrating strong commercial acumen combined with a genuine passion for the luxury sector, deep product understanding, and the ability to translate product features into compelling storytelling and sales arguments.
Driving commercial momentum throughout the year by supporting partners, ensuring excellence in execution, and enhancing the brand’s visibility in strategic locations.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or account management role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment .
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, KPIs and market insights and convert them into actionable recommendations.
Full professional fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory.
