Senior Business Analyst

Location: Waregem, Belgium (2 days onsite per week)

Rate: Up to €550 per day

We're supporting a leading global organisation on a major digital/e-commerce programme and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join on a contract until December 2026.

This is a senior, client-facing position where you'll work at the intersection of business, product, and technology. You'll play a key role in shaping solutions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, validate, and document business requirements and rules
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to shape solutions
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Support backlog creation across front-end and back-end
• Contribute to roadmap planning and business case development
• Act as SME during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure alignment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile setups
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of modern delivery environments (e.g. DevOps, CI/CD, cloud)

Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce or digital platforms
