Salesforce Consultant – Hybrid – Contract-to-Hire

I’m currently working with a major player in Belgium’s real estate space that’s continuing to scale its Salesforce environment and is looking for a hands-on Salesforce Consultant with a strong architectural mindset. This is a full time hybrid contract-to-perm opportunity where you’ll play a key role in an evolving digital transformation across a widely used internal platform.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading end-to-end Salesforce delivery from design through to build and optimisation

• Designing scalable solutions while staying hands-on with development (Apex/LWC)

• Translating business needs into effective technical solutions

• Taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Supporting ongoing platform evolution and integrations

What we are looking for

• 3–4+ years of Salesforce experience

• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) skills

• Ability to lead solution design while remaining hands-on

• Agile mindset with strong ownership and independence

• Dutch-speaking and open to regular on-site work

Nice to have

• French language skills

• Exposure to AI or augmented development tools
