We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in investment products to support the delivery of business and regulatory initiatives. You will act as the link between business and IT, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, validated, and successfully implemented. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Owner and team members to refine requirements and solutions Perform impact analysis and translate business, regulatory, and process needs into clear requirements Build and support business cases for proposed solutions Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity and completeness of specifications Lead and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) Coordinate and support change activities (launch, go-live, releases) Report on progress and status to relevant stakeholders Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in securities/custody Strong knowledge of investment products and processes. Experience in Retail and/or Private Banking environments Proven experience in Agile environments and project delivery Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and features Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset Autonomous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience Agile certification is a plus Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French
