Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all data projects adhere to relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards
• Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise
• Provide clear and consistent communication on progress, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior leadership

• Required Experience Proven track record of successfully delivering data-focused projects within financial services or insurance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments

• Preferred Qualifications Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience with data platforms, data migration, or transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
