I’m currently partnering with a trusted client based in Leuven to recruit a hands-on Senior Accountant who will play a key role in the companies financial management and accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house accountant who enjoys ownership, autonomy and working in an international environment. You will become the main accounting specialist within the business, taking ownership of day-to-day accounting activities and supporting the continued growth of the company. Manage day-to-day accounting operations Support and gradually take ownership of end-to-end (A-Z) accounting Perform reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy Work closely with internal stakeholders across an international team Contribute to improving accounting processes as the company grows You will work closely with an experienced finance leader who is happy to support further development on full A-Z responsibilities if needed. We’re looking for a hands-on accountant who is eager to grow with the company long-term. 5–10 years of accounting experience ~ Solid knowledge of general ledger and financial accounting ~ Experience working in an in-house/company environment ~ Languages English is essential (international team) Dutch is strongly preferred French + English can also be considered Join a growing and collaborative international team Opportunity to take real ownership of the accounting function Hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days remote) If you’re an experienced accountant looking for a role where you can make a real impact and grow with the business, go ahead and apply!
