One of our important clients is currently looking for a Senior Solution Designer – Microsoft 365 (Collaboration & AI) for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable. Hybrid role with 2 days onsite per week.
Description below
You will join a dynamic digital collaboration team and lead the design of innovative Microsoft 365 solutions, including AI-driven use cases.
Your role
Design and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Translate business needs into functional designs and scalable solutions
Lead workshops and act as the bridge between business and technical teams
Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered solutions
Ensure governance, security, and best practices are applied

Your profile
4+ years’ experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.)
Strong experience in solution design, configuration, and governance
Proven experience leading workshops and working with stakeholders
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI use cases
Fluent in Dutch, with good French and strong English
