Exciting opportunity has arisen, are you experienced within Customer Service or Administration, with a passion for HR, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Officer to join our HR function in Zellik, Belgium to join our team. What your day looks like as a Customer Service Officer Work closely with the operations team providing counsel and guidance regarding policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory compliance requirements; Partner with leave administrator and management team to effectively administer and track leave programs including short-term disability, worker’s compensation, and personal leaves. Support GXO HR initiatives on the site. Work safely as per GXO Health & Safety trainings, standards, procedures and processes and actively contribute to a safer work environment for colleagues and visitors Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and French, with basic English Educated to bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experienced in MS packages word/PowerPoint/excel – Visma and protime is beneficial but not essential Working at GXO Logistics means working in a dynamic and international organization.
