About Us

Progenus is a biotechnology company specialized in DNA analysis. We develop molecular biology kits and provide laboratory services for human, animal, plant, and microorganism testing.

We are expanding our team to strengthen our expertise in molecular assay development and bring innovative diagnostic solutions to market.

Your Role

You will lead the design, development, and validation of molecular assays, contributing directly to the creation of reliable diagnostic kits.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop and validate qPCR, PCR, and isothermal amplification assays for bacteria, viruses, and fungi
• Develop and optimize DNA extraction methods
• Contribute to microbiology activities related to assay development
• Translate assays into diagnostic kits for veterinary practice

Your Profile

• Mandatory: hands-on experience in assay development and validation in an industrial/private setting
• Strong experience in molecular biology, especially test design
• Experience with qPCR, PCR, and isothermal amplification
• Experience in DNA extraction method development
• Background in microbiology
• Autonomous, rigorous, and analytical
