Location: Ghent, Belgium – customer sites

Travelling: Regular travel to customer locations required

About the Role

As a Project Manager , you will oversee a portfolio of construction and installation projects on customer sites. Your responsibility spans the full project lifecycle — from order to successful onsite delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end project management of construction-related installations on customer sites
• Management of subcontractors
• Budget ownership
• Handle a portfolio of 5–10 simultaneous projects with ranging duration 1 week (smaller) to 6–12 months (large installations)
• Ensure safe execution of all onsite activities
• Identify and escalate risks when required
• Manage installation and return processes across multiple customer sites

Experience & Technical Skills

• Proven experience in CAPEX project management
• Construction background is not mandatory, but you must be comfortable discussing technical topics with installation teams

Understanding of:

• Electrical systems
• Lifting and handling heavy materials
• Greenfield/green housing installations
• Manufacturing or site expansion projects
• Strong numerical and budget management skills

• Dutch: Mandatory
• French: Nice to have, especially when working with customers in the Flemish region
