As part time Financial Analyst Property Employer ad interim you will be responsible for

Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners and tenants (but also accounting and property mgt team) Day to day operational tasks visit the shops and identify consumption of utilities; split costs (define distribution keys); transfer to accounting Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends

As part time Financial Analyst Property Employer ad interim you have the following qualifications

Proven experience in finance or data Employer Advanced Excel knowledge Languages French, Dutch and English
