The Role Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, your ultimate goal will be to drive future growth and strengthen the company's market presence across Belgium. Your responsibilities will include

Developing and promoting service offerings, particularly those related to corporate advisory, transactions and finance, and conflict resolution. Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitors, and targeting potential leads within the Belgian corporate landscape. Creating and executing a robust business development and sales strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Initiating and maintaining valuable relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners to fuel the company's network. Collaborating with internal teams to align the sales and marketing strategies with market demands. Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance the company's visibility. Expanding market share while actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience & Expertise At least years of experience in the financial and/or Employer sector with a strong understanding of the corporate world. Business development and communication skills are essential. Network & Market Knowledge Networking is your second nature and you feel comfortable evolving in the corporate ecosystem to leverage your current network and create new business opportunities. Communication & Negotiation Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must. You build trustworthy relationships and can moderate sensitive discussions effectively. Strategic Thinking & Initiative You are proactive, results-driven, and willing to challenge the status quo to bring innovative ideas to the table. Languages Native-level in either Dutch or French, with a strong (C level minimum) working knowledge of the other, is required. English proficiency will serve you well in this position.
