From our roots in electronic meal, eco, and gift vouchers, we’ve evolved into a comprehensive Reward Management System, offering smart, flexible, and human-centered salary solutions.To keep scaling smartly and securely, we’re strengthening our Finance team with a Financial & Business Controller who combines strategic thinking, analytical precision, and a love for challenges.As our Financial & Business Controller , you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CFO and operational teams to steer Monizze’s growth.You’ll lead our controlling activities, manage the full budget cycle, act as a strategic finance partner across the company, and contribute to the evolution of our tools and processes.You’ll be the go-to person for financial insight and performance tracking, bringing clarity and structure in a fast-paced environment. - Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Perform P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis to ensure proper control and understanding of variances
- Manage accruals, provisions, cost allocations, and journal entries in collaboration with the accounting team
- Supervise and challenge accounting outputs, working closely with internal or external accountants
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles (quarterly, annual, and long-term planning)
- Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast
- Prepare management reports in compliance with standards set by the holding company
- Act as the finance partner for key business units and departments (Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing and IT) by providing financial insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making
- Develop and improve operational and financial KPIs, dashboards and management reports (BI tool, Excel, etc.)
- Support pricing strategy, business cases, cost-benefit analyses and product profitability
- Solid experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
- Business-savvy, hands-on, and proactive mindset
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Familiarity with BI tools
- Exposure to SaaS or digital/transactional business models
- Be part of a fast-moving, purpose-driven scale-up
- Work closely with executive leadership and impact core business decisions
- Gain exposure to a variety of strategic, operational, and technical finance topics
