IT Project Lead

We expect the Project Lead to be proficient in the whole lifecycle of a project, from the ideation phase to the post-production support of end-users.

This includes

Project Lead:

• Organize project governance (stakeholders, resources, external dependencies, communication plan…)
• Organize and lead steering committees
• Make sure communication flows smoothly between all stakeholders (Business, process, IT, sponsors, etc.)
• Manage and challenge business requirements.
• Coordinate IT architecture activities and outputs
• Set-up project budget and roadmap.
• Follow progress of the developments with all impacted project teams.
• Report on progress, timing, scope, quality and budget to the client and the senior managers.
• Anticipate risks and issues and propose actions to tackle them.
• Communicate pro-actively to all stakeholders of the project.
• Setup and coordinate change management plan and training plans if needed.
• Organize rollouts
• Setup post-production operational process.
• Stimulate and motivate the project members.

Technical analysis:

• Infrastructure Management: a comprehensive view of different technical aspects of the (Azure) infrastructure & resources , including security, networks, and servers.
• Collaboration: collaborate with architects and other experts to assess the impacts of evolutions on platforms and integration components
• Documentation and Communication: determine, document, and communicate processes for the use and configuration of integration components
• Technical Implementation: translate customer requirements into functional specifications and drive the technical implementation of solutions while adhering to Agile principles
• Quality Assurance: lead quality assurance processes to ensure that all developmentsmeet stringent security and performance standard

Mandatory required knowledge and experience:

• MS-office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Azure DevOps
• Good knowledge of Azure (GEN AI) Resources
• IT Project management
• Experience in Technical and/or functional analysis

Preferable required knowledge and experience:

• Good IT background
• Azure Devops
• Knowledge about Azure
• Insurance or Finance sector / Application development
• Insurance business knowledge
• Digital mindset

Language requirement:

• Dutch or French: Very good knowledge of either language, basic knowledge of the other language
• English: Good knowledge
