As Senior Employer Advisor (m/f/x) you will be responsible for

Be the Employer Business Partner - Provide expert guidance on all company operations and activities; Contract Management - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across diverse business functions; Dispute Resolution & Risk Mitigation - Handle litigation across multiple countries and develop risk prevention strategies; Data Privacy & Compliance - Oversee GDPR and privacy regulations, ensuring best practices; Inectual Property Leadership - Manage and refine our IP portfolio and strategy across Europe; Department Strategy & Process Optimization - Lead projects, refine workflows, and contribute to strategic planning.

The required profile for the Senior Employer Advisor (m/f/x) position

Master's Degree in Law; Minimum years in commercial contracts and business law (law firm and/or in-house); Broad expertise in general commercial law, contract management and other domains such as GDPR, IP and Real Estate; Commercially savvy, solution-driven, and hands-on; Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (Spanish/German a plus!); Travel Occasional (mainly UK).
