Procurement Process Administrator

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Procurement Process Administrator (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Groot-Bijgaarden .

Our client is a fast growing company active in the real estate sector .

As Procurement Process Administrator (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• You manage the vendor master data to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• You oversee product master data and cultivate robust vendor relationships.
• You make sure that all prices (including price changes) are correct in the system.
• You identify and assess the procurement needs of the organization.
• You work together with stakeholders to document precise requirements.
• You conduct small RFP processes from preparation to vendor selection.
• You create and manage purchase orders (POs) within SAP S4 Hana. You ensure all purchase orders are accurate, approved, and processed in a timely manner through the SAP system.
• You respect the established procurement SLA.
• You oversee the lifecycle of POs, from creation through to fulfillment and ensure timely receipt of goods and services. You resolve grievances and claims related to suppliers or contractors.
• You ensure acquired items meet quality standards and specifications.
• You evaluate supplier performance to guarantee compliance with contractual terms.
• You analyze procurement data to uncover trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement and report on key performance metrics.
• You review and update company procurement policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• You train internal stakeholders on procurement processes.
• You keep documentation related to procurement processes and vendor management well-organized.

The required profile for the Procurement Process Administrator (m/f/x) position:

• You possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in procurement or a similar role with SAP S/4 Hana or a similar ERP system.
• You are highly self-motivated, reliable, and flexible.
• You show a diplomatic and tactful approach in professional interactions.
• You have excellent organizational and time-management abilities; you are capable of handling multiple tasks and projects efficiently while staying punctual.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• You pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in managing data and documentation.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are proficient in procurement software and tools.
• You have experience with SAP S4 Hana Public Cloud which is considered highly advantageous.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have the capability to convey messages clearly both orally and in writing.
• You apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You possess intermediate level Excel skills.
• You collaborate effectively across functions and departments.
