Protiviti is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Lead for Finance to join our consultancy team and support a critical Dynamics project with our international client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Based in Antwerp, this role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of D for Finance, aligning business needs with system capabilities, and overseeing the deployment of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

As a Functional Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure that D configurations meet the specific needs of the finance team. This role will involve system configuration, data migration, testing, and supporting the adoption of the system across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Gather & Translate Requirements Work with stakeholders to define finance-specific needs and translate them into D solutions. Solution Design & Configuration Align D Finance capabilities with business goals, configure the system, and ensure best practices. Data Migration & Integration Oversee financial data migration and ensure seamless integration with other business systems. Testing & UAT Develop test strategies, coordinate UAT, and resolve issues pre- and post-deployment. Training & Change Employer Deliver training, create documentation, and drive user adoption. Deployment & Support Manage go-live, provide post-implementation support, and troubleshoot issues. Quality Assurance Maintain documentation, monitor system integrity, and ensure compliance with business requirements.

Qualifications

Experience as a Functional Lead in D Finance with knowledge of RR, PP, OTC processes. Strong expertise in configuration, data migration, UAT, and system testing. Fluent in English Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and change Employer skills. Pharma/Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
