Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Employer Business Partner for a permanent position based in Vilvoorde.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the real estate sector .

As Employer Business Partner you will be responsible for

Provide tax, treasury, structuring, support in commercial transactions (eg purchases, sales, leasing), using expertise from other internal subject matter experts and external advisors when necessary; Credit checks on customers and general contractors; Monitor and coordinate the financial aspects of the portfolio of companies with a critical eye to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy and support decision making processes; Provide administrative support in respect of all relevant matters arising in the daily management of our BENE operations including Company Secretarial matters; Monitor and analyze emerging Employer and tax requirements and coordinate their resolution with the relevant team members or business divisions;
Monitor, assess and improve the analytical quality of statutory and IFRS financial data through the use of dashboards and reporting tools; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data anomalies, discrepancies and trends affecting accuracy of financial reporting; Implement and track corrective measures to enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial information; Safeguard and take ownership of and continuously improve financial reporting processes; Provide regular updates and reports on the status of data quality initiatives to relevant stakeholders; Conduct training sessions for Employer teams to promote awareness and adherence to data quality best practices.

The required profile for the Employer Business Partner position

You have a Master's degree in Employer or Economics or relevant working experience (+ years) within the Employer/Controlling domain; Strong understanding of principles, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance; Problem solving mindset and ability to deal with emerging business trends and issues; Basic knowledge of IFRS and a strong affinity with the real estate sector; Demonstrated learner mindset, continuously updating knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices; Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic understanding of the bigger picture; You are fluent in English; You have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders; You have an eye for detail and are deadline driven; You are a true multitasker with adequate organizational skills.
