Team/division description
Within the Olympic Paralympic division (OPD) responsible to deliver the Paris Games and leverage our partnership, the Engagement team aims to bring to life our shift from a car company to a mobility company. Paris will be a unique opportunity to show the world our vision of future mobility (electrification, hydrogen society...). Through activations on the journey to, as well as during the Games, we want to increase our brand reputation externally and generate pride internally.
Your responsibilities
Support the Hospitality & Engagement team in the development of Hospitality programmes for the guests (internal & external stakeholders) Pre-Games and During Games OLY and PARA.
More concre, you will support the team on
⦁ Preparation of Guests -day accesses/policy/Registration creation for different venues and Guest management for defined day access.
⦁ Coordination of Physical assets /logistic from Japan, USA etc to Paris
⦁ Assist the Hospitality/ Engagement team with additional activities (guest management on site, communication, F&B etc.)
⦁ Pre games planning and On-site operations during the Games ad-hoc

⦁ You are fluent in English ( Motor Europe business language). French is mandatory
