Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job

This is a large transformation program to move from SAP ECC to SAP SHANA, the newer version of SAP in and . This is a massive programme which does not only include the migration but also the optimization of the documentation of all the processes. In order to do that, we need for a program management officer who will take care of below activities

Responsibilities

Financial/budget control and financial health management of this programme - monitoring the costs, making sure that the POs are tied to the right cost element, to ensure the right backfills Coordination work - e.g. WBS will need to be consolidated Helping structuring, following up on actions left Validation - making sure that guidelines are written, tracking of SOPs, making sure that everything is properly documented, induce discipline (GxP environment) Supporting in change management - helping the change manager to make sure that all the trainings have been executed before the roles get assigned

Requirements

Experience with financial management, forecasting, accruals Project management experience in order to bring structure in the chaos

Nice to have

Experience as a PMO in a similar programme Experience in life sciences/pharma environment or any other validated environment (GxP environment) Jouw profiel - Ingrijpen in een informaticadon Beheer, beslissingneming Toepassingen ontwikkelen voor een platform SAP Aanbod -
