Exciting Opportunity Project Manager - Data Migration & Transition

Context
A significant project involving the decommissioning of a legacy CRM system is underway. Consequently, functionality will be transitioned to either Salesforce or SAP ISU, both already integrated into the landscape. The project is entering the Design & Build phase and aims for go-live in Q '. Ensuring a high-quality data migration and coordinating the transition from as-is to to-be will be critical aspects of this project.

Challenges and Main Tasks

Migration

Developing a migration approach document Determining methods for gathering migration requirements (e.g., through templates) from the solution design track Defining processes for building, testing, and validating data migration Establishing plans and resource requirements to achieve targets Constructing a migration framework for exporting, transforming, and importing data Monitoring and optimizing data migration quality Reporting progress of migration & transition track to Project Management

Transition

Developing a transition approach document Identifying requirements for transitioning ongoing processes at the time of go-live Creating a comprehensive roadmap for go-live, including all necessary actions for successful application launches Coordinating execution of the roadmap during go-live Reporting progress of transition track to Project Management

Profile

Must have experience with data migration to/from SAP/Salesforce Hands-on track lead, capable of developing migration scripts Ideally - years of project management experience Experience in the Utilities industry is advantageous Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment where everyone's values and ideas are respected

Languages
Fluency in either French or Dutch, along with an excellent command of English.

Location
Brussels, Belgium. A minimum of two days per week in the office is required, with remote work permitted for the remainder of the week.
