We are hiring a talented and detail-oriented FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst to join our finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the
company's financial planning and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and
providing actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills and a good understanding of financial principles.
The FP&A Analyst reports to the FP&A manager for the Employer Ide Group ( group entities split over different countries like Belgium, France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark and Portugal).

What you do

Responsible for a part of the financial reporting across different legal entities in the Employer Ide Group Optimising the reporting process Optimising the tools that are used (SAP / BI / Excel) Providing financial reports including useful insights directly to senior management Assisting in integration of newly established /acquired businesses Jouw profiel Who you are

Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field and years experience Fluently English, Dutch and French Good knowledge of Excel and the eagerness to further develop your skills Knowledge of SAP is an asset Good understanding of financial principles Strong analytical skills Ability to communicate towards all levels of the organisation Healthy sense of urgency & able to respect deadlines Teamplayer Proactive mindset, self-motivated Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment Eagerness to learn Expertise verlenen bij projecten
