Senior Business Analyst/ Product Engineer - Global Airline Programs

Join a pioneering global company, shaping the future of aviation systems. As part of our Airline Programs team, based in Diegem, Belgium, they'll spearhead projects to modernize airline operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison between airlines, vendors, and IT, ensuring seamless integration of business requirements into system implementations. Drive day-to-day operations and system maintenance, navigating the complexities of aviation regulations. Lead workshops and interviews to gather and prioritize business requirements, standardizing processes across all airlines. Coordinate testing and implementation phases, supporting end-user training and IT integration projects. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality deployment of digital solutions.

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent industry experience, with a background in aircraft engineering, transportation, or Employer science. Minimum years' experience in aviation maintenance and IT systems, preferably with knowledge of maintenance systems like TRAX or AMOS. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Proficient in BRM techniques and project management methodologies. Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Office and collaborative tools like Teams and JIRA.
