In the Technology & Digital Quality and Testing team, we are looking for a Senior Quality & Test Manager who is passionate about Quality in global and international transformations driven by core technologies like SAP S/HANA, Salesforce, in-house build software, etc.

Are you driven by assisting clients towards future proof quality practices in their Software Development lifecycle using test automation and other innovative technologies like AI, machine learning?

Further bring our Employer services on Software Quality, Test Management & Test Automation towards our clients in one or more specific Technology areas, like S/HANA, SAP, Salesforce and/or in house build software. Manage, plan and coordinate software quality & testing activities (including test automation) for the Digital and Technology transformations at our clients and coach test coordinators, quality engineers & test automation engineers working on the project. Coordinate the test automation framework setup and development and integration thereof in the continuous testing & continuous integration cycle. Report to senior management on the status of test (automation) activities and test execution. Manage resources, budgets and risks on the programs. Advise clients on the best test approach and methodologies, and provide proof of concepts. Coordinate test defect management activities. Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people Understand key objectives for clients and Employer, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
