We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Hospitality Professional for a fixed contract position with a consistent schedule. As the face of our establishment, you will primarily be stationed at the reception , but your role will extend to include food and beverage service, making every interaction memorable and ensuring our guests feel truly welcomed and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in experience.
- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations by delivering personalized service and attention to detail.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the establishment.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Jouw profiel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in at least three languages preferred.
- Food and beverage service experience is a plus.
- De klant informeren over de diensten van de organisatie en de reservatieprocedure
- De facturen voor de verblijfkosten opstellen, de betalingsmiddelen controleren en de betalingen ontvangen

De opvolggegevens van de activiteiten registreren (reservaties, annulaties, verkoop, ...)
Dagelijkse statistische rapporten opstellen (bezettingsgraad, gemiddelde prijs, ...) - Antwoorden op vragen van de klanten tijdens hun verblijf

De klanten verwelkomen bij hun aankomst
De administratieve formaliteiten in verband met hun verblijf afhandelen - De kassa afsluiten en de openstaande rekeningen controleren
- De reservaties registreren en de bezetting van kamers, appartementen, bungalows, ... actualiseren
- De gepaste acties nemen bij een geschil met een klant (commerciële ingesteldheid, ...)
- Klaarmaken en opdienen van het ontbijt in de eetzaal of op de kamer
- De organisatie van seminaries, congressen, ... in het bedrijf coördineren
Aanbod
Salary: €3.000,00 - €3.500,00 per month
