Your function – Payroll Specialist

  • Manage and coordinate salary administration in collaboration with the social secretariat.
  • Oversee fleet management.
  • Being the Key HR partner between internal and external stakeholders for all matters related to social legislation.
  • Optimize the salary package, including fringe benefits.

Profile – Payroll Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
  • At least two years of experience as Payroll Officer or Payroll Consultant within a social secretariat.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
  • You are well-organized, resilient with an analytical sensitivity.
