Your involvement in various Payroll, Hard HR, and Compensation & Benefits projects will drive our partner's growth and facilitate ongoing internal process enhancements.

In this role, you will primarily be based in Brussels with occasional professional trips to Paris.

Your function – Payroll Manager

  • Supervise the Payroll operation and lead the teams.
  • Contribute to Payroll process optimization using the new software.
  • Define team members' goals in alignment with internal strategy.
  • Actively participate in various Compensation & Benefits optimization projects.

Profile – Payroll Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or in a similar field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English or French.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Payroll Specialist or Compensation & Benefits Partner.
  • Well-organized, leadership, corporate, and strong in decision.
