Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant your responsibilities are:

  • Entering and processing customer orders in the system
  • Managing customer contact via email and phone (approx. 50/50 split)
  • Handling diverse B2B customer inquiries
  • Supporting the digitalization of processes

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Customer Service Assistant Should Have

  • Dynamic, outgoing, and proactive in finding solutions
  • Comfortable working with different clients and product categories
  • First experience in a customer-oriented role is a plus, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch and French required
  • Responsibility for customers across Belgium
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems is necessary
