Field Sales Professional


Job Role:

A Sales Representative is responsible for consulting with customers from various industries, analyzing their requirements, and providing customized solutions.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Professional consulting of customers to identify their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • On-site analysis of customer requirements and preparation of bespoke offers.
  • Effective sales negotiations, closure of deals, and follow-up of open offers.
  • Close cooperation with decision-makers and internal interfaces to ensure timely project execution.

Customer Base:

  • Customers from diverse sectors such as logistics and other related industries.

Requirements:

  • Commercial or technical training/apprenticeship or degree in business administration, sales management, marketing, or a comparable study program.
  • Initial experience in B2B field sales preferably with technical products, investment goods, or services.
  • Strong consulting skills, goal-oriented approach, commitment, enthusiasm, closing ability, quick perception, effective presentation skills, addressor-oriented rhetorical skills, dynamic, proactive, and self-driven personality.
