Technisch verkoopadviseur Waterdichting

Key Function

We are looking for a skilled professional to support the commercial team in our company.

• You will be responsible for selling liquid waterproofing products to contractors and industrial clients in Flanders, following up on construction projects in applications such as balconies, terraces, roofs, parking lots and - decks, industrial sites and infrastructure works.
• You will identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities through your network of contractors, installers, syndics, prescribers, general building companies, industrial customers and social housing associations, actively contributing to the growth of IKO's market share in liquid waterproofing.
• You will oversee the entire process of liquid waterproofing projects from A to Z, working closely with your colleagues from Technical Support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You will report directly to the Sales Manager for Belgium.

Profile

After gaining initial experience in B2B sales of technical building products in complex projects, you are ready for more customer contact and active field work. You have experience in the construction sector, preferably with water-tightening products and/or floor coatings, and ideally with liquid waterproofing.

• You enjoy prospecting and building lasting relationships with your customers. You are enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated, but also work well in a team. You take initiative, do not give up easily and have strong organizational skills.
• With digital tools, you quickly get started and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• You work from a home office and plan your work independently.
