Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Solutions Professional to join our team.

• You will lead IT integrations and be end-to-end responsible for the IT component.
• You will support commercial and operational colleagues in a pre-Sales role.
• You will act as a technical advisor for customers and translate their needs into tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement digital solutions on-site or remotely.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders: customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage service requests and IT-related issues from existing customers.

About You:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience.
• You have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• You have knowledge of WebServices and EDIFACT messages.
