Job Description:
- Solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
- Execute triages and provide technical assistance in a multi-tiered platform environment.
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of customer incident requests and updates.
As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the magic of our experiences alive. You will work closely with our technical team and collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and fix issues on their attractions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical skills: Knowledge of PC imaging, image deployment, installation, troubleshooting, and support of specialized applications.
- Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Communication skills: Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Language skills: Fluent in English.
