Your next challenge
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with a strong foundation in network engineering and expertise in cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure. You will play a strategic role in guiding and executing our transition from on-premises datacenters to modern, scalable, and secure cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include managing our current network infrastructure, as well as shaping our cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the migration of infrastructure and services from on-premises datacenters to the cloud, 
• ensuring reliability, security, and operational continuity, working closely together with local and 
• global colleagues.
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Develop and maintain hybrid network architectures, including firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto), VPNs, 
• ExpressRoute, and secure connectivity models.
• Drive cloud architecture best practices and enforce standards for availability, performance, cost 
• optimization, and disaster recovery.
• Build infrastructure automation using IaC tools such as Terraform
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Systems and Application teams to enable secure and scalable cloud-native deployments.
   

Technical Skills:

• Strong networking background (switching, routing, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP) with deep understanding of network security.
• Hands-on expertise with FortiGate firewalls including rule management, HA configurations, and remote access.
• Experience with Palo Alto is a plus
• Ideally proficient with Microsoft Azure: VNet peering, Azure Firewall, Application Gateways, Azure AD, NSGs, ExpressRoute, etc.
• Otherwise experience with AWS or GCP cloud environments is a plus.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows are a plus

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or network engineer roles
• Prior experience in cloud migration or hybrid cloud adoption at scale are a plus
• Azure certifications preferred (eg. AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
