🔧 What You’ll Do

• Spearhead the industrialisation of device assembly and packaging processes for combination products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Device Development, Quality, Operations, and CMC teams.
• Lead partnerships with equipment vendors and CMOs from concept to commercial readiness.
• Own the development of specifications, URS, RFQs, validation protocols, and risk management documentation.
• Be the subject matter expert in state-of-the-art packaging and assembly technologies.
• Support regulatory submissions and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 What You Bring

• A degree in Engineering or Technology.
• Proven experience in device development or drug-device combination product manufacturing.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
