We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support analytical instrumentation across pharmaceutical environments in Belgium and the broader BeNeLux region. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional who thrives in field-based service, training, and compliance-driven environments.

- Fluent in Dutch and English
- French proficiency is a strong advantage

- Full clean driver’s license
- Willingness to travel across Belgium and the BeNeLux region
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform field service, repairs, routine maintenance, installation, and validation of pharmaceutical instrumentation and accessories
- Deliver onsite user training on defined product groups
- Support service operations across Europe at the request of the Service Manager
- Ensure all technical documentation, manuals, and circuit diagrams are up-to-date and compliant with the Quality Management System
- Maintain high standards in safety documentation, procedures, and service records
- Align personal work practices with departmental performance targets and KPIs
- Manage and maintain service spares inventory, reporting and resolving anomalies promptly
- Ensure all tools and test equipment are fit for purpose and calibrated as required
- Submit completed service documentation, reports, timesheets, expenses, and vehicle logs on a weekly basis
- Participate in goal-driven tasks and cross-functional initiatives aligned with company culture
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a field service role, ideally within pharmaceutical or analytical instrumentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Understanding of customer service excellence, technical data, and service protocols
