Channel Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Deploy channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
• Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
• Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.
• Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies.
• Responsible for the consistency of Branding below the line and ensure branding consistency.
• Responsible for the Retail visual strategy output (field store image, POSM, display etc.).
• Responsible for VM material landing management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel or retail marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of retail marketing and current channel marketing technologies and techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Superb communication, and collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French or German is preferred, proficiency in English as working language is a must.
• Strong negotiation skills, able to tackle challenging situations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
