, you'll play a keyrole in an innovative environment where new (electric) vehicles arrive every day for the European market.

In our
Pre-Delivery Shop
, vehicles undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure they reach our dealers and dispatch points in perfect condition. If any issues are found, our
Repair Shop
takes care of the necessary fixes, from bodywork to electrical components.

What you'll do

As a
Workshop teamlead
, you are the driving force of your team. You'll combine your technical expertise with strong leadership to coordinate daily operations.

Roughly one-third of your time will be spent on administrative and organizational tasks, while you also will be working hands-on in the workshop.

You'll also be part of an exciting
new project
where you can truly make an impact, help building the foundation and shape the processes of a growing and future-focused operation.

Your profile

Technical experience in mechanics (automotive experience is a strong plus)

Proven leadership skills with a hands-on mindset

You enjoy structure
and
action; planning as well as doing

Comfortable working with administrative tools (we use custom in-house software/applications)

Fluent English is a plus

You have an eye for transport damage and work precisely according to planning

• Working on engines and electric systems
• Detect and repair malfunctions on vehicles and components
• Perform maintenance and quick service interventions
• Conduct vehicle testing and adjustments
• Plan and document work orders accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
