Implement and maintain safety policies and standards within G-Tec.
Monitor compliance and conduct audits at office and project locations.
Investigate incidents and provide feedback to Operations.
Support the development of plans, procedures, and work instructions.
Promote safety awareness through training and workshops.
Handle annual compliance tasks: fire extinguisher checks, drills, and incident reporting.
Assist tenders by providing QHSE-related information, risk assessments, and client requirement checks.
Travel occasionally to project sites.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or sciences related to prevention/QHSE.
Certification as Prevention Advisor is a strong asset, but not mandatory.
Experience with QHSE or safety management systems is a plus, but not required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English; French is an asset.
Willingness to work in Milmort and travel to project sites when needed.
