System & Tools Engineer - QHSE

As a System & Tools Engineer – QHSE, you'll be part of our QHSE team, where you'll design, build, and maintain digital applications and tools that support safety, quality, and operational excellence across our global projects, vessels, and sites.
You'll collaborate closely with the Digital Office Team (DOT) and internal stakeholders to turn functional needs into practical, low-code solutions that simplify work and strengthen our digital QHSE processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to internal safety initiatives and continuous improvement, while developing innovative digital solutions in a creative and agile environment.Your responsibilities
  • Participate in the digital transformation of an international company.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, user-friendly applications using low-code platforms.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve the work of internal customers.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations.

  • Analyze and connect data flows and interfaces between different systems and applications.

  • Keep up with the latest trends in cloud technology, mobile apps, and integration tools, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

  • Continuously improve developed tools and applications through active brainstorming and user feedback.

  • Design clean, efficient workflows for complex processes.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, design specifications, and user guides.

  • Be an active member of the QHSE team, supporting its digital transformation through innovative tools and applications.

Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience with low-code development platforms (Azure, Power Platform, ServiceNow, etc.) is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of cloud functions and APIs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot quickly.

  • User-focused and service-minded, while maintaining a critical and solution-oriented attitude.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to stay up to date with the latest (cloud) technology trends.
