Part-Time Accounting & Administration Officer (Brussels)
We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Accounting & Administration Officer to join our growing team in Brussels on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a dynamic international work environment.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Manage simplified accounting processes using Odoo and ensure regular communication with the external accountant
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Coordinate payroll-related requests and ensure timely salary payments
Process and execute payments to suppliers
Reconcile incoming client payments with issued invoices
Record and encode supplier invoices in Odoo
Support HR-related administrative tasks and documentation
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain accurate records
Assist with general operational support when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support
Knowledge of Odoo is a strong advantage
Highly organized, structured, and trustworthy
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or other European languages is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team
