ROLE

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the fast-paced world of recruitment and HR?

As part of our HR team, you won't be on the sidelines - you'll play an active role in shaping our HR practices and making a real impact. This is more than just an internship; it's a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and help drive the energy and effectiveness of our people-first culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll play an active role in supporting and enhancing our day-to-day HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and publishing job postings across various platforms
• Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn and other channels
• Screening CVs and managing candidate pipelines within our ATS
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• Preparing HR-related documents and handling administrative tasks with accuracy

But your impact doesn't stop there. You'll also have the chance to:

• Support L&D initiatives, from organizing training sessions to helping track participation and feedback
• Contribute to Employer Branding efforts
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless start for new joiners
• Participate in internal HR projects and brainstorming sessions; your fresh perspective and ideas are highly valued
• Collaborate closely with the HR & Recruitment team to help improve processes, tools, and employee experiences

This is a hands-on, multifaceted opportunity to deepen your understanding of HR practices and grow your skills in a people-driven environment.

• A strong interest in Human Resources, recruitment, and people-centric work

• A detail-oriented approach with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills that help you thrive in a collaborative environment
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
