Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview:

You will work in the product team responsible for building a flagship platform that brings together low-code development, process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing (IDP), and contact center capabilities. AI is integrated throughout every component of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advance the various aspects of our AI product in line with our roadmap
• Apply foundational models within the domain of Intelligent Document Processing
• Fine-tune Large Language Models such as Mistral, Llama and Falcon
• Work closely with our clients to address their specific challenges and use-cases
• Bring the results of your work from the lab environment into production at our clients

Qualifications:

• Very proficient in Python (good coding practices and efficiency)
• Hands on experience with Large Language Models (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning)
• 2-4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in version control (git - branches, pull requests)
• Experience in or willing to work with Agile development methodology

This is a full-time, permanent role, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the Brussels Office and 3 days from home.
