• Understand market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Cultivate a network of contacts and leverage industry connections to find top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates.

The successful candidate will have a higher education degree and solid experience in sales. They will be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thriving on challenge. Fluency in French and English is essential, with Dutch being a significant asset.
