Customer Value Manager
: a strategic, analytical customer-facing role designed to prove ROI, build trust, and drive expansion.

, ideal for someone who wants to build the value framework, processes, and storytelling that will shape Polysense's future growth.
What you'll be doing
From the start of an implementation until upselling the account, as a Customer Value Manager you can make impact at every step of the way. Let's dive in it in a chronological order:
1. Post-implementation value scoping
- Work directly with customers to quantify realized ROI: savings in waste, labor, time, quality improvements.
- Build high-quality business cases that articulate value to production managers and executives.
- Support change management efforts to help customers transition from manual QC to trusting the system.
- Verify measurable outcomes and provide executive-ready reports.
2. Implementation Involvement (Commercial & Managerial)
- Join implementations at kick-off to ensure clarity on promised value.
- Act as a commercial-oriented "delivery lead" alongside the technical project manager (no technical tasks).
- Participate in steering committee (steerco) meetings to present value progress to customer leadership.
- Monitor organisational changes needed on the customer side to achieve expected results.
3. Upsell Scoping
- Identify opportunities across products, lines, and facilities based on ROI insights.
- Provide structured scoping input to Sales for further commercial follow-up.
4. Storytelling & Case Studies
- Collaborate with Marketing by providing high-quality data and narratives.
- Develop compelling case studies, success stories, and frameworks that help Sales close future deals.
- Contribute to Polysense's overarching ROI narrative for prospects and investors.
What you bring
Background
- You have 3–5 years of experience in consulting.
- You love the numbers and dream about Excel sheets during your sleep.
- You carry strong analytical skills and have solid business case experience.
- Would be great if you have experience in industrial operations or the food production industry.
- You're skilled in building structured presentations ("slide decks") and turning data into a persuasive story.

- You're a strategic communicator who can operate confidently with technical teams and customer leadership.
- You're capable of going from
zero to one.
