Your Mission

As Web Developer at Trigrr, you'll translate customer needs and requirements into features translated in the solution. You will develop, test and implement these new features or patches in collaboration with the development team.

You will be mainly involved in frontend development and occasionally in all software layers: microservices, database, business logic, user interfaces. This is a highly collaborative and impactful role where you will be expected to actively participate in critical architectural choices to shape the future of our platform. We require a deeply analytical mindset and a proven capacity to rapidly understand complex abstractions and effectively design new ones. Your focus will be on delivering a durable and high-quality product designed for longevity, rather than prioritizing fast, throwaway developments. You will work across the entire application stack, partner closely with our UX/UI designer for continuous improvement and optimal usability, and occasionally support our CI/CD and deployment processes (DevOps).

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated
Full Stack Developer
who's passionate about building useful products — someone who cares about the
"why"
as much as the
"how."

• A master's or bachelor's
  degree
  with qualifying experience
  on development
  or equivalent experience.
• Experience
  in at least one modern programming language (front & back end)
• A customer/business-oriented mindset:
  you value delivering quality in the solution and added value for clients. You're not afraid to challenge things, show curiosity and think outside the box.
• A trustful team member:
  you have a proven ability to work rigorously, both independently and as part of a team. You show curiosity, take initiatives and communicate transparently.
• You communicate fluently in
  English
  (French / Dutch are a plus).
• You're
  interested in AI
  and already use it as a real time-saving tool.
• Knowledge
  of modern software architecture concepts, object-oriented design microservices and connected objects; as well as usage of professional tools (like JIRA, Fork, Git) is
  a strong plus
  .
