Product Owner – 6 month contract

We're looking for a
Product Owner
to take the lead in shaping and managing our
DevSecOps strategy*
– driving collaboration between IT, Security, and R&D to ensure seamless, secure, and high-performing development processes.

*Your Responsibilities*

• Own and prioritize the DevOps & Security backlog, balancing improvements, bug fixes, and new initiatives.
• Define and maintain the DevSecOps roadmap in line with IT, Security, and R&D objectives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories.
• Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines using performance metrics and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as RED DA, NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27K.
• Manage dependencies across development teams and foster alignment.
• Lead the DevOps and Security guilds, promoting best practices across teams.

*Your Profile*

• Proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulations.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and server maintenance.
• Background in DevOps and/or (Product or Cyber) Security.
• Available to work on-site three days per week.
