As a Digital Performance Marketeer you will join our marketing team and strengthen our digital presence. You will play a key role in expanding brand visibility, enhancing lead generation and harnessing business data to drive impact.

𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻:

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴

  • Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other key platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies that boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage audience targeting and segmentation to reach the right prospects effectively.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and messaging impact.
  • Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximise campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative assets and messaging for digital campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, performance measurement, and automation.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

  • Act as the key user of our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), ensuring that all campaigns are built, tracked, and delivered correctly.
  • Develop and implement lead scoring, segmentation, and lead flow processes to ensure a seamless and efficient handover of qualified prospects to the sales team.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation to streamline marketing operations and enhance lead nurturing.

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 (𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀)

  • Design and maintain standardised dashboards (using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio/Looker Studio) to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on all campaign performance data, translating complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth ad hoc analyses to troubleshoot pipeline issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across advertising platforms and the CRM system.
  • Support the ongoing development of reporting capabilities as the company grows.

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in digital performance marketing or online advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and LinkedIn campaign management.
  • Proven experience in audience targeting, campaign reporting, and budget optimisation.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to marketing challenges.
  • Experience with GTM reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
